Spanish Property Choice now have a portfolio of properties within the UK, Spain and Ireland, open to a property exchange within the province of Costa Almeria.

We have clients looking for properties, who would be willing to consider a property exchange. This may entail a full swap or a partial buy dependant on the valuation of both properties.

If you have a property you would like to add to our portfolio then you would need to supply us with the following:-

• A copy of your Escritura
• A copy of an up to date Nota Simple
• A copy of your utility bills
• A copy of your NIE numbers
• A copy of your passports
• A full description of the property you would like to exchange.
• And finally a full description of what you would like to exchange for and where.

For UK & Other European countries we would require:-

• A full description of the property
• Estate Agent details should you have the property already marketed.
• Your Solicitors contact details
• Copy of your passports
• A full description of what you would like to exchange for and where in Andalucia.
